Yes. The Dreamer Monthly plan is $1. You can post or update your dream any time. Annual and lifetime options may be available on the sign-up page.

No. Your dream request is visible, not your identity. Before a Host decides to contact you, we show the Host your billing address region and your sign-in IP region for fraud prevention and confidence. Your name and direct contact details remain private until you choose to engage.

Proof of funds is optional. You can upload a redacted bank balance, a credit-card available credit screenshot, or a crypto wallet balance. We only show a verification badge and confidence level to Hosts, not your raw statements or exact balances.

Yes. Messaging supports back-and-forth. You define absolute requirements and preferences, and you can negotiate price, deposits, cleaning, pets, and extras until both sides agree.

No. Payments happen directly between you and the Host. You can settle by cash, bank transfer, cards, crypto, or local peer-to-peer payment apps that you both prefer. Plan B Rentals is not a party to the transaction and does not hold funds. After a confirmed match, we log the stay dates and the accepted value for your records and reputation.

Mobile web works today. The native apps are scheduled with internal beta in early December, public test builds in mid December, and store submission near the turn of the year.

Yes. Dreamer profiles can include hotel options such as a standard room, a suite, or a room with a kitchen so that Hosts and hotels can bid accurately.

A Host is anyone with space to offer, and there are two main types we built Plan B for. First are the professionals and semi-pros with calendars to fill – they use Plan B as their “Plan B” to quietly fill last-minute gaps without discounting in public. Second are the everyday homeowners and renters who never pictured themselves as hosts until they see a strong offer for a place just like theirs at a price that makes them say, “For that kind of money, I’ll make it work.” Both types bid privately on real Dreamer requests and stay invisible to the public web.

No. There are no public listings. You review private Dreamer requests, and you choose when to engage. Your identity and property details are shared only in private messages.

You see the Dreamer’s billing address region and sign in IP region before you choose to message them. Dreamers can add an optional proof of funds badge. Both sides build reputation after each completed stay.

Pricing is subscription based with no per lead fees. Single tier is $99 monthly, $499 annual, or $799 lifetime. Portfolio tier is $299 monthly, $1,499 annual, or $2,399 lifetime. See current options on /signup/host.

No. Settlement is strictly between you and the Dreamer. You can accept cash, bank transfer, cards, crypto, or local peer-to-peer apps. You set deposits, cleaning fees, pet terms, and timing. We provide sample clauses you can copy and adapt, and we record the final dates and accepted value after a match.

Messaging uses end to end encryption with expiring relay email addresses and minimal metadata. Optional disappearing messages and retention controls are available for Hosts. You control when to reveal more details as the negotiation progresses.

You will see Instant Ready when the request fully matches your specs and dates, Price Fit when your pricing sits near the Dreamer’s target, and optional Proof of Funds. Additional signals such as responsiveness and recent activity help you prioritize outreach.
