Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your use of Plan B Rentals (“we,” “our,” “us,” or “the Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. The Service

Plan B Rentals provides a private, subscription-based environment where travelers (“Dreamers”) post specific rental requests and property owners (“Landlords”) respond with private offers. We facilitate introductions only. We are not a broker, escrow agent, booking service, or payment processor.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Dreamers subscribe for $1 per month per active dream. Landlords subscribe for $99 per month or $599 per year per property listing. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal. You may cancel anytime in your account settings; service remains active through the end of the paid period. All fees are non-refundable once billed.

3. Independent Transactions

The Platform introduces users only. All agreements, payments, and communications between Dreamers and Landlords occur directly and at their own risk. Plan B Rentals does not handle payments, hold funds, or mediate disputes. Users are responsible for verifying counterparties and using written contracts where appropriate.

4. Compliance and Taxes

Landlords must comply with all local laws, permits, and tax requirements applicable to rentals in their jurisdiction. Dreamers must comply with entry requirements and applicable travel laws. Plan B Rentals assumes no responsibility for user compliance.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Because the Platform operates on a subscription basis and does not process bookings, we cannot refund subscription fees once charged. Dreamers and Landlords manage their own agreements and refund policies privately.

6. Content and Conduct

Users may not upload false information, infringe on others’ rights, or use the Platform for any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or for behavior that harms the Platform or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Plan B Rentals is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee the availability of the Platform or the accuracy of user content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plan B Rentals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
